The back yard and dock includes Adirondack chairs for four, a propane fire pit, propane Weber grill. A great space for watching all of the wildlife on Point Monroe (aka “The Spit”). We also provide life jackets, kayaks, and paddle boards. (Guests utilize the dock and the equipment at their own risk)
The washer and dryer area includes detergent, extra bath and beach towels, and sheets.
The property has parking for two, possibly three cars in front of the garage and on the gravel in front of the house. Unfortunately there is no additional street parking.
