The space
The Perch is situated on the garden level of a two level home. It is accessible by a short set of garden steps shown in the pictures. Guests have exclusive access to The Perch residence, the patio, chaise lounges, fire pit and back garden with fruit trees. One person lives on the upper level. Cement floors in the upper unit and a double-locked fire door between the spaces ensures privacy, safety and soundproofing.

The Perch is designed to provide the upmost privacy. However, your host is available to help you with questions at any time. The Perch is chalked full with amenities to increase the comfort of your stay, including, among other things: a fully equipped kitchen; a range of toiletries; a blow dryer; an iron and ironing board; a Bose blue tooth speaker; books. magazines and games; extra blankets and pillows, and; a rowing machine. Additional amenities such as beach chairs and an umbrella are available upon request.
