Zine Roulette

JOIN BIMA FOR A FREE ART ACTIVITY AT THE BAINBRIDGE ISLAND SENIOR CENTER AND DIVE INTO THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF ZINES!
Participants will work together to create an eclectic collection of zines through a lightning round of playful, creative exercises inspired by BIMA’s artist’s books exhibition A to Zine.

A zine is a Do-It-Yourself publication, often photocopied and circulated on a small scale. Zines can be about anything, from poetry, to political events, to how to change a bike tire! This art activity will embrace zines’ diverse and experimental nature as participants ignite their creativity.

This activity will take place in the Senior Center’s Dining Room and is open to all regardless of Senior Center membership. This is not a drop-in activity, so please arrive promptly to ensure your participation.
