We are water. Just like the water that surrounds Bainbridge Island, our physical bodies -approximately 60% water- are impacted by the tides, especially by the Full Moon and New Moon extreme tides.

Cozy up in-studio at Dayaalu or join us from home. Through gently guided breathwork, reconnect with your physical senses and your heart. Feel the ebb and flow of the tides dramatically impacted by the full moon. In the cycle of the moon, the full moon invites us to let go of whatever no longer serves us.
