Dance Yourself Free is an invitation to explore, play, move and feel into your body, your rhythm, your groove. Bring your joy, or your sorrow. We gather once a month with a playlist of diverse music genres intentionally curated by community members. Be in your own space or connect with others. Let’s dance!
