The space

Three bedrooms and the bathroom complete the upstairs space.
The rustic downstairs is a kids dream with a full rec room featuring a foosball table for endless fun, and a 55″ smart TV. The fourth bedroom, second bath, and a full size washer/dryer complete the downstairs.
