Enjoy a peaceful stay in a unique location. Our self contained 350 SF house is nestled into an old growth fruit orchard & majestic trees. Just a mile from town & the ferry to Seattle. All the Mod cons in a fully eco friendly house. Craftsman built & designer furnished. Lounge on the porch, picnic in the orchard or cozy up in the sitting room with the fire. Walk into town for dinner or make it at home, grocery store is a 15 min walk. Bicycle or drive to explore the islands beaches & forest.

The space

We provide all products to be used in the house in accordance with nature & biodegradability. No chemicals may be used in the drains. We provide coffee & tea, milk, toast & eggs to start your morning off. We are not tied to the city system so please be mindful of resources. All water from our well originates in the Olympic mountains. Our footprint is small with intention please respect the environment it lives in.
