The space
This is a family home, set up for a family or two couples. The main level is an open space with tons of natural light that is centered around the kitchen. The space includes a dining room, tv room and living room. The house stays nice and cozy with a pellet stove fireplace and 2 split unit heat pumps. Up 4 steps from the living room are 3 bedrooms.
Bed 1: Queen bed (this is a guest room)
Bed 2: Twin trundle bed (pulls out to king size), child mattress (this is a child’s room)
Bed 3: Twin bunk beds (this is a child’s room)
Bathroom 1: Shower and bathtub across from bedrooms 1-3.
The master bedroom is located downstairs with a king size bed. Private from the rest of the house. There is a separate master bathroom with spa size shower (no tub). Doors slide open to large deck in yard from master bedroom. Also an adjustable desk is downstairs for those working from home.
Kitchen is equipped with a Breville espresso machine and all the cooking wear needed.
Living room has a Kaiser spinning bike (for those inclined to biking).
