Guests will have key access to the home by secure lockbox. Parking in the driveway or on street are free.
Other things to note
Maximum of one renter per month required by HOA.
There is a gated back yard / patio space (no grass) with pet potty for pet use. Pets must be on leash outside the home / gated patio.
A/C is a split unit located on the 1st floor and works well for cooling during hotter times of year. No A/C unit on 2nd floor, can become hot during extreme temps. Fans are provided.
