The space
House sits on 1/2 acre parcel on the water side, owner lives on adjacent 1.5 acres.

Guest access
Guests have entire two bedroom house, yard, fire pit and private hot tub to themselves. As well as beach access and use of kayaks and SUPs upon approval.

The lifejackets, paddles, three (SUP) Stand Up Paddle boards are on the rack at the circular driveway.
There is a double, sit on top kayak and two doubles on the beach, these have Shangri-La clearly marked on them. There are also two rather high-end sit inside kayaks (these require some skill to be safe in) on the rack beside the cottage.
