Hermit crabs, small fish, live sand dollars, sea glass, and squirting horse clams are all just steps away. The house sits on 1/2 acre with nearly 300 feet of waterfront. At low tide you can enjoy long walks on the beach.
There are 4 bedrooms. The master is on the main level with it’s own bathroom. Also on this level is a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom next to it. The lower level has 2 bedrooms. A 3rd bathroom is on the lower level.
The well appointed kitchen has a gas stovetop, 2 ovens, new dishwasher and new refrigerator. The pantry is stocked with essentials. The deck off the kitchen and dining room has a gas grill and a dining table with views of the water.
