Good Egg is proud to work with several local producers for both menu and retail. Hollis Fay, the founder of the longstanding Bainbridge Bakers which occupied the same location for 30 years, provides her famous 8-Grain Pullaparts and a few other pastry favorites from Farm Kitchen. Pane d’Amore bakes fresh breads and pastries in Port Townsend for delivery each day. Good Egg makes cinnamon rolls and biscuits for daily service and brews a custom blend of coffee that is roasted weekly by Islandcraft Coffee Roasters on Bainbridge Island.
