Waterfront studio apartment on Rich Passage. A great place to relax, watch wildlife and the Bremerton ferry go by, and enjoy scenic biking and walking. The unit is up a flight of stairs. Kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, and hot plate.

The space
We are renting a newly remodeled private studio apartment that is detached, but near to our house. There is a private entrance and plenty of free, street parking in front of the house. We are located on the water along Rich Passage. It’s a lovely spot to watch the ferries go by, and plenty of wildlife including, seals, cormorants, gulls, eagles, herons, deer, and occasional sea lions.

The apartment is studio apartment with a very comfortable, new, high-end American leather sofa bed with barless, memory foam mattress. We’ve had a few guests with bad backs and they all said the bed had great support and was very comfortable to sleep on. The unit has a kitchenette with an electric burner, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker/hot water kettle. There is also a deck with a lovely view of the water. It is a great place to relax on sunny days. The apartment has many windows and big bay doors that all let in a lot of light. The unit also has free wifi.

During the summer, the unit stays quite cool with big French doors that can be opened to let in the cool breeze off the water. Fans are also be provided on hot days. And in the winter there is heating.

We are conveniently located a close 15 minute drive from the Bainbridge Ferry Terminal. We recommend you have a car to get around here as public transportation is difficult and Uber is slowly developing–still can be long waits.

We are a 5 minute drive or 20 min walk to the quaint Lynnwood Center Village, which has a historic theater, bakeries, wonderful restaurants, cute cafes, coffee shops, a market and a collection of boutique shops. It is also only a 15 minute drive to downtown Winslow.
