Pebble Garden Villa is a place to chillax by the ocean and forget the chaos of the city – just a 35-min ferry ride from downtown Seattle. Have long walks on ocean shores, sunbath on a private beach or shop at local artisan markets. Light up the evening by a fire pit next to the ocean. The space
Pebble Garden is a 3400 sq. ft. Villa situated on a 1.1-acre lot. The Villa offers 150 ft. of low-bank shoreline, 4 water-facing bedrooms, loft, large open living spaces and 5 decks. Modern finish and quiet setting.

The top level features a master bedroom, a second bedroom, a loft and 2 sun decks. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a desk, a walk-in closet and access to both sun decks. Master bath has a bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, a towel warmer, heated flooring and waterfront views. An additional folding bed and pack n’ play is located in the walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom with full bath and heated flooring and access to the shared sun deck. The loft connecting the 2 bedrooms provides addition sleeping space with a queen size sofa bed.

The main level spotlights a huge open living space surrounded by wall-to-wall water facing windows, 1 bedroom, 0.5-bathroom, a large dining area and a fully equipped luxurious modern kitchen. The main level features a huge 10+ person couch and a relaxing gas-powered fireplace. Dining area can easily fit a 10+ party around an expandable dining table. The main level bedroom has twin bunk beds and access to a private deck.

Taking a step outside to the main deck, you will find a gas-powered BBQ and ample outdoor seating. All 5 decks on the Villa feature plenty of outdoor seating for those who like to lounge on a sunny day.

Going down to the lower level, you will find a big open space with a private outdoor entrance to the beach. The lower level is equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, a large retractable couch (queen size), 2 bean bags, a fully stocked wet bar, bar table & seating, a second fridge, a full bathroom and heated flooring across the whole level. Additionally, the space contains a work station and a large closet. For bookworms, there are plenty of books to choose from on the bookshelf. We call this space The Fun Room.

And finally, by the shoreline, you will find 2 areas to relax and enjoy the ocean. The first and main area offers a wood burning copper fire pit with plenty of seating (including a hammock) and a soothing crystal spring. We call this area the Shire. The second area is an enclave with subtle night lighting, a nice niche place to get away and meditate. The ocean is accessible by a rustic stone staircase separating the 2 areas. Please be careful!
