We look forward to welcoming our fully Covid 19 vaccinated/boostered guests to our quaint, cozy, self contained cottage! The cottage is nestled in the secluded oasis of our backyard. We live in a lovely neighborhood, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Enjoy strolling through our garden, sitting on the deck in front of a little wood burning fire pit, soaking in the private hot tub and just relaxing~

The space
Our guests continue to compliment us for creating such a lovely sanctuary in our backyard~ The cottage is decorated in a Moroccan motif, influenced by our 3 years of living and teaching in Morocco.
There is a built in corner desk, perfect for guests who need space to work. Tranquility abounds. The peaceful sound of the waterfall, and lushness of our spring and summer gardens will please you.
There is a queen size memory foam bed/pillows that guests LOVE, along with our large cedar shower. For your convenience, you will find a Nespresso maker/creamer, toaster oven, single burner cooking unit, small fridge, dishes and utensils. Our gas BBQ is also available for your use. We provide a bottle of complimentary wine, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese to ease you into your morning!
There is excellent WIFI connection. Also for your comfort, there is a Bluetooth speaker for your use. Just plug in your iPhone!
The HOT TUB is divine! Please understand that although it rarely occurs, the hot tub heating system can get finicky.
Comfy robes, slippers are in the cottage for you. Please use slippers in the cottage.
We are a mile from the ferry and within walking distance to town and services. We are also on the bus line. This is a terrific location! Many guests choose to walk to town.
Having lived and taught on Bainbridge for over 30 years, Carl and I would love to help orient you to the island and plan your visit.

We offer space to store your bikes and/or luggage in our garage.

Covid protocol is noted in the information packet on the desk . Please strip the bed and put towels and sheet on the chair outside cottage. Please wipe down counters. THANKS!
