 Bainbridge Island, WA 98110

Come enjoy the beauty of Bainbridge Island! We have a 2BD 2BA wooded home on 3/4 of an acre. You’ll enjoy comfy beds, a well lit open plan living/dining areas, and a reading & breakfast nook looking out over the woods. With plenty of privacy and quiet space to thing, this rental is ideal for hosting friends & workcations. When you’re ready to go into town, you’re ~10 min from downtown BI, with great wine tasting, restaurants, shopping, and more.

The space
Ours is a modular home with an open floor plan for the living/dining rooms and high speed internet. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and spices/seasonings/etc. Our reading/breakfast/coffee nook faces our sliding glass doors south, enabling great morning sun (without it being directly in your face).

Each bedroom, in addition to a very comfy new mattress for the beds, includes a desk and shelving unit, enabling those who wish to get some work/creativity done a quiet comfy place to do so. There is ample space for clothes for those staying long term (with a washer/dryer in the hallway bathroom available to use), and closets in each room for clothes hanging/storage.

We also have a small pit in the backyard with a woodpile ready for an evening fire (be sure to check if there’s a burn ban going on!), with a few chairs/stumps for sitting around and enjoying the night’s sky. Our home is also at the beginning of a cul-de-sac, so there’s very little traffic passing by throughout the days and nights.

Guest access
Bainbridge Island has very limited taxi availability (and no Uber/Lyft to speak of), so you’ll want to bring a car, though the island is also very bike friendly. Driving on the island is very easy, and parking is always available no matter where you go. Our home has a large driveway for you, and street parking is available as well. Walking around on Bainbridge is great, though some streets require you to walk on road shoulders rather than sidewalks.
