New executive apartment in quiet residential neighborhood with spectacular water, city and mountain views. You are renting a lower level apartment suite in our 6 level contemporary home. It has a separate entrance and is very well appointed. There is some ambient noise but usually you will not hear us and we won’t hear you. The space feels larger than 800 square feet due to the open design and access to the deck which flows out to spectacular water and city views. The large kitchen is furnished with everything you need to feel at home! Kitchen has large custom armoire/buffet, telescope and more. The spacious bathroom has a full tub and shower. Washer and dryer included.
We are on the bus route and are across the street from a fabulous equestrian center, one block from a public waterfront park and one mile from two other waterfront parks, A short walk takes you to a wonderful park featuring views and art including a prayer wheel/labyrinth sanctuary and steps away from wooded walking trails. We are 2 1/5 miles from Lynnwood Center and a small shopping area and theater. We are 5 miles from Downtown Bainbridge and 2 miles from Island Wood, one of the finest environmental learning centers in the world.

We have an additional bedroom suite on another level with its own bath if renting two suites at the same time is desired. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. You can stay for a couple of nights or an extended stay.
