Welcome to the Hidden Gem of Bainbridge Island! This modern home located on a bluff is totally private and gated, transporting you to a world of luxury. Enjoy full sweeping views of Puget Sound and the Cascades from the sunny side of the island. You’re sure to spot lots of sailboats, tankers and fishing boats- you may even see a pod of migrating whales. There is also a peek-a-boo view of the Seattle skyline. This is a true vacation home- spacious, peaceful and without clutter. Cleanliness is akin to a five-star hotel; we use professional cleaners, hypoallergenic materials and keep our furniture and bedding pristine.

The Bedrooms:

The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and private deck with ocean views, plus a full bathroom with modern features and a river stone floored shower. There are also two guest rooms downstairs: one has a full-size Murphy bed and a separate half bath with a claw-foot tub, the other has a king-size Murphy bed and separate bath with shower, plus a private deck to the backyard.

The Yard:

The spacious grass yard is perfect for games and ocean gazing. Light up the fire-pit for those nights you and your family crave outdoor gatherings and s’mores. There is also a table with a fire feature and comfy outdoor furniture on the clean slate-tiled deck. Feel like grilling? We have an outdoor grill for all your barbecuing needs.

Location:

We are conveniently located a mere 10-minute drive from Downtown Winslow, full of boutique shops, art galleries, museums and many dining options. Don’t feel like driving? Enjoy a 10-minute walk to Rolling Bay, where you’ll find the Rolling Bay Café, Bay Hay and Feed (featured in Sunset Magazine), Via Rosa 11 Italian Market and Kitchen, Rolling Bay Winery and Jiffy Mart convenience store.  Or take a sunny 10-minute stroll to Manitou Beach, with incredible views of the Seattle skyline and Mount Rainier. When the tide is out, walk to the water’s edge with the herons and seagulls, and enjoy the mini ecosystems of the clam and oyster beds.
