Ranger and the “Re-Arrangers” evoke the spirit of a Paris cafe and the raucous energy of a Romani campsite with their version of Hot Club Swing. Tovi Newman studied classical and jazz guitar at the University of Alaska. His playful solos and powerful rhythm make the “Re-Arrangers” swing their hardest!
