Connections Cafe (by Raising Resilience): Breaking the Cycle of Reactive Parenting

Presented by Raising Resilience at Online/Streaming

Raising Resilience is hosting a community-wide parenting book event.

Parents, grandparents, educators, and caretakers - we encourage you to invite a fellow parent or group of peer parents to participate in this event with you. Check in with each other for encouragement and reflection as you read the following book over the next month.

FIRST >>> Read RAISING GOOD HUMANS - A Mindful Guide to Breaking the Cycle of Reactive Parenting and Raising Kind, Confident Kids. Get your copy from the library, local bookstore, or online. A reading schedule is posted on our website and reflection/discussion prompts will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram page each week. Read along with us or at your own pace.

THEN >>> Join us for a CONNECTIONS CAFE session on Tuesday, March 15th from 7 - 8:30pm to meet the author, Hunter Clarke-Fields. There will be moderated break out rooms to discuss the book during the session. Let's come together to Raise Resilience in ourselves and our children! You do not need to read the book to attend the free session.
