Screen Time

Join the award-winning filmmaker of SCREENAGERS, mental health advocate and author - Delaney Ruston, MD - for a special Q&A session. Dr. Ruston will discuss her new book and offer guidance on how to have a compassionate conversation about screen time with your family during the pandemic and beyond.

Lucia P. Lara, OTR/L, will help us recognize the signs of visual stress in our children and ourselves, and offer practical tips for how to mitigate it, and Mariann Tonder, OD will address the impact on our eyesight.
