It’s harvest season!  And it’s a perfect time to slip away from the hustle-bustle of the city to enjoy the glorious fall color, drink in the sights and smells of nature  — and some local wine! Wine on the Rock is a great way to experience Bainbridge Island and our award-winning artisanal wineries. The final Wine on the Rock for 2019 is Nov. 9 & 10.

Enjoy the festive fall color, sip wine and taste charcuterie, listen to local music, and meet the winemakers to learn how they turn gorgeous Washington grapes into luscious local wine. Enjoy a charcuterie pairing with 4-pour tasting at each winery, receive a specially branded wine glass and a tote to take home wine purchases too!

Your ticket is good for two-days, so why not make a weekend of it? Getaway to celebrate the turning of the seasons while also enjoying fabulous wine.  Bainbridge Island is also home to many unique and cozy places to stay, fabulous food, and interesting things to do. Sunday morning is a perfect time to head over to Bloedel Reserve for a quiet stroll in breathtaking beauty, or Halls Hill Lookout and Mosaic Labyrinth for a meditative moment.  Art is in part of the Bainbridge DNA so check out the many galleries, especially on the First Friday Art Walk.  And the beautiful jewel of a museum, Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, is always free.
