Our house is very much a family house and is very well lived in. We also enjoy going away in our camper van, so when we are not at the house, we are usually camping and this is when we Airbnb the house. Our home has old bones, so if you are looking for brand new and pristine, this is definitely not the property for you, but if enjoy nature, seclusion, gatherings around the fire pit and jumping off of the private dock appeals to you, then go ahead and book a stay:-)
This is a quiet property and appeals to guests who are looking for a quiet place to switch off. Absolutely no parties or extra guests permitted other than what is listed on your booking.

My property manager lives in the self contained basement apartment on the property. The only thing that is shared with them is the laundry room. You probably will not see them during stay unless you need something.
Families and children are welcome. However young children must be monitored at all times, especially on the steps up to the front door and the upstairs outdoor patio. The house is not baby proofed.
