Living area with Room and Board sectional that has a roll out then pop up convertible queen bed. Front load washer and dryer, full bathroom with soaker tub, and high efficiency ductless heater/air conditioner mini split system as well as in wall heaters. Rolling Bay Hale is very quiet with triple pane windows and blackout shades in the bedroom.
Parking is available with 1 dedicated spot or you can hop on the Kitsap County Transit system which takes you everywhere on the island.
