The space
We want you to relax and enjoy our newly built out cottage on 1.25 acres of majestic beauty. The 900 sq ft space includes a full kitchen with high end cabinetry, quartz countertops. Dine at the island or sit at the bistro table and enjoy the tranquil water views.

We provide a canister of fresh coffee beans, a grinder, creamers and a selection of teas to start your trip off, so you don’t have to rush out on your first morning here!

Relax in the built in sauna while listening to your favorite tunes. LED mood lighting and waterproof bluetooth speaker allows you to to pair your phone/music!

A Queen bed with a plush memory foam mattress, high quality bed linens and feather down pillows in a separate bedroom allows for a great night’s sleep.

Should you need a work space, we have a designated desk, which is small, but has relaxing water views and has internet connections sufficient to allow a couple enough bandwidth to work and conduct zoom/conference calls.

Enjoy lounging on our cozy window seating with a good book! You will find a selection of books (some local authors) to browse through on our bookshelf!

Please note the cottage is not child proofed. If you are bringing children, let me know ahead of time and I would be happy to set up a cute little Ikea table and chairs and I do have some books and games I can provide for younger children.

Guest access
The cottage has two private entrances with a Schlage electronic keypad for self check in. I will forward you check in instructions and a code a couple of days before your check in date.

Other things to note
The separate bedroom has a Queen bed accommodating 2 guests. The 2nd bed is a twin air bed mattress with a mattress topper that can placed in the living area or bedroom area beside the Queen bed. There is enough room to bring your own pack n’ play and place in the main bedroom area or living area. The space can comfortably accommodate 3 guests. Please accurately list the number of guests on your booking. In addition, we are open to accommodating a child under 2 (would be guest #4) for no extra cost if you bring your own pack n’ play. Please note the space is not childproofed inside or out and children should be monitored at all times (especially in the bathroom where there is a sauna). The parking space is on flat gravel ground directly level with the cottage, but the driveway to the property is gravel and sloping and there are also quite a few paver steps directly out of the second entrance (not necessary to use), therefore children should be monitored at all times.
