Private Studio Guest Apartment
Serene Studio with wrap around windows, to view the peaceful wooded setting. On a clear night you can star gaze through the skylight while relaxing in bed, and close the solar powered shade in the morning. Additional features include marble and black slate bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower, a fully stocked kitchenette with an induction range-top, and soapstone counters. Public beach access via nearby Yaquina road end. Assigned parking for one vehicle only. Month+ stay discount.
The space
The studio is attached to a garage that guests in the main house use for their vehicle. We haven’t had any reported noise issues with the comings and goings of the main house guests (and the garage door). Main trash and recycle bins are in the garage as is the washer/dryer. Code will be provided if requested
Guest access
There is no additional parking available beyond the one vehicle spot directly in front of the studio. We will coordinate prior to your arrival regarding studio door access.
Other things to note
The guest house includes one Queen bed and a twin-sized pullout suitable for a small adult, youth or child.
