The space
Perfect for families. There is a lovely bedroom with a queen-sized bed on the main floor with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs has a large bedroom with a king-sized bed. Also on this floor is a loft with 3 twin beds (no door but fairly private) and a separate area with a crib. One Bathroom and a laundry room near the loft and large bedroom. Adjacent to battle point park.
Guest access
Fire pit. Large backyard. Battle point park next door to the property.
Other things to note
The property managers live on site above the detached garage. Please be respectful of their space being mindful not to enter the garage or their living space uninvited. However, they are happy to answer any questions or help in any way should you need assistance.
