Seize the Bay
You’ll never forget the incredible waterfront setting of this three-bedroom home on the eastern shores of Bainbridge Island, where your panoramic view across Puget Sound stretches from Mt. Rainier in the south all the way north to Mt. Baker.
Dating back to the early 1900s, this historical home was the very first built on Rolling Bay Walk. Today, it enjoys a stunning position across the walk from a pebbly beach, allowing you to observe orcas, otters, bald eagles, and other wildlife from the deck, living room, and kitchen (with a telescope and binoculars on hand to assist you). And when the sun sets, enjoy incredible stargazing.
The air-conditioned interior of this single-level home is bright and beautifully decorated in a refined coastal style. The focal point of the living room are the generous windows framing Puget Sound, complemented by several seating vignettes (including a six-person dining table) and a wood-burning fireplace.
After a day spent sailing, touring the island’s 11 wineries, or strolling the streets of Winslow, you’ll have both a well-appointed kitchen and a gas grill on the front porch to assist with dinner. As for evening entertainment, you’ll have a gas firepit, three flatscreen TVs, and an assortment of board games, books, and records to choose from.
