Join Raising Resilience to learn about reintegration anxiety with Wandee Pryor, PsyD from
Front Street Clinic. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution for navigating pandemic stressors,
an understanding of how reintegration (or re-entry) anxiety may present in youth who are returning
to in-person classrooms can help us identify and manage the impact.

This positive session will feature a five minute regulation exercise led by Dr. Pryor and a five
minute EFT Tapping exercise led by Stephanie Dalton, CHC, CNC, AADP that you can replicate
with your family.

Whether you have a kindergarten or high school student, get strategies to help our children cope
as they make the transition back to school or other social acitvities. Let’s learn from each other
as we navigate the logistics of another shift in our daily lives.
