Bainbridge Island Hideaway

Play pickleball any time on your own private court or drive 10 minutes to the founder’s courts at Battle Point Park. Enjoy this beautiful, quiet, clean, private getaway 15 minutes to Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal to Seattle and 20 minutes to Poulsbo. The house is two blocks from a public beach access on Manzanita Bay & adjacent to Manzanita Park. Clearwater Casino is an 11 minute drive and Eleven Winery is 1/2 mile down the road. High speed internet makes if perfect for working from home.

The space
The master bedroom is in the back of the home and overlooks the driveway. There is no en-suite but the hall bathroom is steps away. The guest room is just across from the hall bathroom. There is an office adjacent to the master bedroom and has a great view of the pickleball court. The main area is an open kitchen, living room, dining area with a great propane fireplace. The sunroom has great light and a view of all the trees and wildlife. There are a couple spaces to park in front of the property. The home is very private and secluded. Unfortunately, there is a garage being built and some construction may be underway.

Guest access
The home’s top floor is open to the guests. The downstairs/basement is locked and used for the owners’ storage.

Other things to note
I have been working for over a year to add a garage to the home. I do not know the construction schedule. There may be some congestion and noise on the driveway due to construction. We will ask guests to park a bit away from where possible construction will be happening.
